Vehicle & Parts Protection
Introduced for the 2022 model year, the Mazda MX-30 represents the automaker's first attempt at an EV. Mazda hadn't offered a vehicle with any sort of electrification before, so the MX-30 is also an important first step in the brand's plan to implement electrified powertrains, in one form or another, in all of its models by 2030. It enters the market with a few unique features, including suicide doors and an available rotary engine. The new subcompact crossover inherits Mazda's engaging driving dynamics and edgy styling dictated by the Kodo design language. With the Mazda MX-30 accessories and parts available here, you can give your vehicle the features that it needs to serve you better.
The newcomer will first arrive in a pure battery-powered form and will later be available as a plug-in hybrid. Equipped with a single 144-hp electric motor, the all-electric MX-30 comes solely as an FWD vehicle at launch. It has a 35.5-kWh lithium-ion battery that provides nearly 100 miles of range. According to the automaker, the advantages of using such a small battery are reducing the vehicle's overall weight and quick recharging. On a DC fast-charging station, the battery can be replenished to 80 percent in a bit more than half an hour. Following the all-electric MX-30 is the version with a Wankel rotary engine. As opposed to most other plug-in hybrids, this one won't use gasoline propulsion to feed the wheels directly. Instead, the gas engine will serve as a range extender charging the battery via an electric generator.
The MX-30 is about the same size as the CX-30, so it fits nicely into the urban lifestyle. Externally, it is unmistakably a Mazda crossover, with its subtle, elegant lines and balanced proportions. Its sloping coupe-like roof can be painted a contrasting color, while plastic side cladding adds a rugged touch to the exterior. A minimalist approach continues in interior design. There are, however, some interesting details such as a floating center console and cork trim. The seats are upholstered in material obtained from recycled bottles. There are two screens, one for temperature control and other settings and a second one meant to control the infotainment system. For those who want to liven up the cabin or personalize their vehicle in any other way, there are a multitude of Mazda MX-30 parts and accessories available to select from. Starting with floor mats and ending with custom wheels, we have the right accessories and parts needed to upgrade your hauler.
