Xcelerator by JET®. The JET Xcelerator is an easy to install performance device that modifies the signal to your electronic throttle. This allows quicker throttle response and removes the dreaded "throttle lag". Equipped with 4 Throttle Performance Modes that the driver can select to best suit their driving style or needs. Set your throttle response from stock performance to wide open in the matter of a few clicks on your controller. In addition, there is a Valet Mode that reduces the throttle performance for the parking attendant and a Security Mode that stops the throttle from functioning at all.

The Xcelerator comes with OEM designed connectors for a quick install, digital remote control, and 5 ft. of cable connected to the remote to easily be mounted where it works best for you.

Warranty

All JET Performance Products electronic components carry a 2-year warranty to the original purchaser. All other products purchased from and services performed by JET are fully warranted in defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Repair, replacement, credit or refund (at the sole discretion of JET) will be granted on any warranty claim approved in writing by JET. Costs for labor are specifically excluded and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty does not apply to products incorrectly installed, modified by purchaser or to any product which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident.

Furthermore, any product used in any kind or type of competition is specifically excluded from this warranty. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability what so ever from any use or misuse of JET products. Upon purchase, purchaser expressly waives any and all liability on the part of its agents, employees, and representatives arising out of any product failure or any defect in material, workmanship, design or installation. This extends to all products and/or services sold or other imparted by JET without regard to the involvement of JET in the design, manufacture, sale and/or use of any JET product or service.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Amazing!

Works as advertised. My truck has never had the throttle response or acceleration that it does now. Very pleased, worth the $$.

2.4L Malibu Works Perfectly but

The gym performance Xcelerator work as advertised but the 40101 part number is not the right part for the 2.4L Malibu. After working with manufacture the part number needed is 40100. So please be advise the part number shown is the wrong one, You need 40100.

A Super Fast CRV Now

I install this on my CR-V that has a downpipe, hondata on it, blow of valve, stabelizer bar and soon coilovers my CR-V is fast but the turbo lag is a pain. But now the car responds super wick, your gonna love this product even if you don't have all those mods on.

Engine Made Horrible Noises

Easy install. Engine began making horrible noises. Check engine light came on. I’m not sure what the issue was. I took it right out. Not worth the trouble.

Barely Worked

Was able to get it installed, which was a bit of a pain, but it didn't seem to alter performance in any way. It was unable to clear codes like the description says ,and the only meter that actually worked on it was the TPS, otherwise it says it couldn't read anything from air/fuel or get a reading on fuel economy.

Great Add-On

This chip gave me great throttle gain and a lot more power. Combine it with MSD blaster coils and an Airaid cold intake and JET throttle spacer.

Throttle Response on a Cable Driven Vehicle?

It says it improves the throttle response, but the 2002 clearly is cable driven that's as instant as it gets for everything else. I'd have to buy and test but no high hopes. Will return with full rating.
