The Infiniti QX4 is a medium size luxury SUV produced by Nissan’s Infiniti division and sold on the American market from 1997 to 2003. The SUV was a rebadged variant of the Nissan Pathfinder model of the time. The vehicle was engineered as a 5-door SUV with a front engine, rear-wheel drive / four-wheel drive layout. The QX4 was equipped with a 3.3L V6 or a 3.5L V6 motor, with power transferred to the wheels by either a 4-speed automatic or a 5-speed manual gearbox. In the Infiniti lineup of SUVs, the QX4 was replaced by the Infiniti FX.
