Control Arm by iD Select®. This is a new, fully-assembled control arm complete with end eyehole bushings already pressed into place. Precision part tolerances will restore OE suspension geometry and alignment, and heavy gauge steel construction provides durability for the long run. Includes hardware needed for installation except ball joints.
Also described as “A-arms”, control arms are lateral suspension locating links in the shape of the letter A that allow a wheel to move up and down while the vehicle body frame and passengers ride smooth and level. The two legs attach to the vehicle chassis with pivots and flexible bushings, while the other end attaches to the wheel assembly. If you’ve got bent control arms or worn-out ones with tired bushings, new control arms from iD Select will get you riding like new – and they’ll make it easy to restore the wheel alignment specifications and steering performance that you’ve been missing. You will, however, need to press in any applicable ball joints yourself.
