Rear Air Shocks Return
I ordered rear shocks for my 2014 Cadillac Escalade. I actually called in the order in by talking to a sales representative. I gave the person my vin number and the OEM part number. The person stated that these shocks will fit your Escalade. So, I ordered them and received same. Prior to spending money to have them installed, I called and asked another representative if I had the correct part? Why I did that I don't know, just did it. Well, the part was not correct fit for my Escalade. So, ordered another shock that was confirmed to be the correct ones.
Here is where my complaint comes in. I asked for a return document (RMA). After approximately a week I finally received the RMA. I immediately returned the incorrect shocks which I didn't remove from the original box. It took me over a month to finally receive my refund. I had to call numerous times to CarID and finally got my return. Their return policy is very bad. It should not take over a month to get your return when it wasn't my fault, I received the wrong part. Mostly 5-7 days is max. Bad, very bad experience with return of item. The correct shocks are perfect as I have rated. The return time for refund is my complaint only.
