The Honda Passport is a rebadged version of the Isuzu Rodeo produced by Subaru-Isuzu Automotive in Indiana. It was introduced in 1993 and offered by the Japanese company Honda in the USA, for the first time entering the growing SUV market of the 1990s. Originally, the name Passport was used for the version of the venerable Honda Super Cub motorbike, after which the manufacturer decided to call Honda's first-ever SUV. All four-wheel-drive vehicles were equipped with all-disc antilock brakes and a limited-slip differential. The model was offered in LX, EX and upscale EX-L trim levels. The production of this model was dropped in 2002 and it was replaced with the Pilot.
