HKS Co., Ltd. (“HKS”) warrants to the original retail purchaser that the HKS product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase except for:

HKS Exhaust Systems: Four years after purchase (The warranty period of the metal catalyzers, front pipes, exhaust manifolds, and center pipes are one year after purchase).

HKS Turbine kit, Turbocharger Units, and Wastegate Unit: 120 days after purchase

HKS Clutch Kit: 90 days after purchase

Warranty Conditions

When the product(s) is installed and used properly as instructed in the manual within the warranty period, and any defects in manufacturing are identified, HKS will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts without charge.

The following cases are exceptions (Disclaimers):

Improper installation and/or misuse
Mishandling during shipping, installation, and transfer
Service, alteration, modification, and/or repair by anyone other than HKS’ authorized dealers
Installing the products to inapplicable vehicles
The aging of the material and/or parts such as dirt, scratch, rust, peeling of plating and painting, etc. Rust formed by sea water, snow melting agent, and/or a similar solvent
Use with non-HKS products
A natural disaster, such as a fire, earthquake, flood, lightening, and/or accident
In these cases, even the defect is found within a warranty period, HKS shall not be liable under this warranty

So I ordered the HKS for my G37x 2009. I wanted something that pushes power and sounds better but not loud when I'm going on local. One thing I notices was putting it on was how light it was. One thing about this is, you have to find a good mechanic that does aftermarket parts. Actually make it a few more things about this! After installing it, get yourself a new intake, mass air flow sensor and a o2 sensor. These are what you gonna need to get your car out of the check engine light. Once I got the HKS installed my car wasn't getting enough air in so I had to get a new intake with a new mafs and a o2 because I was pushing too much power and my old o2 couldn't read the gas and how much air is getting it. Overall if your getting this, you gonna need a few more because that's aftermarket for you. I can say it's great on local and highway, you don't have get that douchebag look on the local and enjoy the sounds of your car when it revs up on the highway. Warm start is also great too!

Exhaust, Intake

I brought the K&N cold air intake and the HKS exhaust from yall, the next thing i want to buy is the Konig black rims but anyway, i still didn't get the exhaust hook up, but it will be soon and trust and believe after all these videos i watch on YouTube about the exhaust i will love it, thx CARiD.
