The Probe is a stylish sports liftback manufactured and marketed by Ford. This model debuted in the end of the 1980s and remained in production up to 1997. Ford designed this vehicle to replace the 3-door hatchback EXP as the company’s flagship sports compact car. The Ford Probe debuted based on the Mazda GD platform. These lights and the instrument cluster were borrowed from the Mazda FC RX-7. The vehicle was succeeded in the late 1990s by the Ford ZX2.
