The Uno is the ultimate supermini from Fiat. The first Uno arrived in 1983 to replace the ageing little Fiat 127. By the way, the Uno is the 8th most produced vehicle platform after the Ford Model T and Volkswagen Beetle. The first-gen Fiat Uno was available in several body styles and offered a choice of engine and transmission options. Its dimensions varied from 143.5 to 145.2 inches in length, from 61.0 to 61.5 inches in width, and from 55.3 to 56.0 inches in height. Initially, the Uno came with a choice of three gasoline engines, including a 0.9 L 100-series OHV, 1.1 L and 1.3 L 128-series SOHC. In 1985, Fiat introduced the hot hatch Uno version – the Uno Turbo i.e., which offered performance improvement, got an upgraded suspension and brakes plus a revised interior and exterior design.
The second series Uno was introduced to the public at the Motor Show in Frankfurt in the late eighties. It received a thorough facelift so that it could compete with Ford’s Fiesta, Renault’s Clio, and Citroen’s AX. The interior of the Uno was revised as well. The old 1.1 L engine was replaced by a new Fully Integrated Robotised Engine (aka FIRE), while the new Fiat Tipo-derived 1.4 L came to replace the Ritmo/Strada-derived 1.3 L engine. The Uno Turbo featured a 1.4 L engine that could reach 127 mph. In the late nineties, the Uno production came to an end in Italy, but it continued to be manufactured in numerous other regions. In our store, you’ll find an extensive choice of hard-to-find Fiat Uno accessories and parts at budget-friendly prices.
The Uno name was reintroduced in 2010 in South American countries; since that time the Uno became a more urban interpretation of the Panda and Palio by Fiat. It’s roomier and larger than the Panda, but smaller and more affordable than the Palio. The current-generation Uno is offered in a number of trim levels, features an aerodynamic design and a rather spacious interior. The Novo Uno has two engine options that include a 1.0 FIRE Evo capable of 74 HP and a 1.4 FIRE Evo producing 87 HP. Both engines can use ethanol, gasoline or both. We carry only premium quality Fiat Uno accessories and parts from the world’s most popular aftermarket manufacturers. Here you’ll find everything you need for the proper maintenance of your Uno.
