All the vehicles featured a rear-wheel drive layout and a manual gearbox (either a four- or a five-speed option). Apart from these variants, the roadster model also offered a three-speed automatic gearbox. A variety of engines was large and included options from a 1,197 cc OHV I4 to 1,995 cc supercharged I4. The production of the Fiat 124 ended after 1982.
