Fairchild Industries is engaged in design and production of rubber and plastic components, with their facilities based in Lake Zurich, Illinois. The company was established in 1961 under a different name - McClure Associates, Inc., which had originally developed various automotive-based products. The company started out with only two people – the Schauer brothers – and still is a family-owned and -run business. Today, it has operations in a 50,000 sq. ft. facility, while employing a staff of over forty people, who engage in product development and production.
During the past five decades, Fairchild Industries has significantly grown as a direct result of being committed to innovation, while providing superb product quality.
