Body Mounted Tire Carrier by DV8 Offroad®. The DV8 body mounted tire carrier provides a high clearance tire mounting solution that is all about function. 1 - 3/4" diameter steel tubing allows for a large array of tube clamps for mounting aftermarket accessories like Hi - Lift Jacks, LED Lights etc. Tire carrier uses a combination of tubing, boxed steel and internal bracing to accommodate tire and wheel combo and can be used with any rear bumper. DV8 used a spring loaded pin system to make opening and closing the tire carrier so easy that it can be done with one hand full. Install is extremely simple with minimal drilling and provided tailgate hinges.
