Warranty

All body kits and products sold by Duraflex are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. The brand is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of the use of its products. Due to the material and processes used in production, products will not be a “direct bolt-on.” Duraflex products may need prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, and/or other body work. Modifications may include removal of the reinforcement bars, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle. Duraflex highly recommends that a professional “custom” shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Auto shops experienced in OEM installations may not be experienced in aftermarket fiberglass installations. All products sold by Duraflex are for off-road and show purposes only. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. The brand does not recommend, and in fact discourages, these parts to be used on public streets and highways.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Duraflex warrants its branded products to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials when used for their intended purposes. This warranty is non-transferable. Any part of a Duraflex product that is covered by this warranty and that is found in reasonable judgment to be defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced in full at the request of the customer. For example, Duraflex will not replace or refund a complete body kit if a single component is found to be defective. The following situations are not covered by warranty: Any Duraflex product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident; or that has been improperly installed. Any Duraflex product that has been modified or altered from its original manufactured state.

Hood and Trunk Fitment Guarantee

Duraflex stands behind the fitment of its products. Once your hood is installed, Duraflex will fully replace your hood if it does not fall within the following guidelines of the brand’s Fitment Guarantee. Hood does not clear a stock engine. Gaps between the hood and the fenders are more than 1/2″ wide on each side. Hood levels more than 3/8″ higher or lower than the fenders. Latch is too long or too short compared to the stock latch, causing the hood not to latch after adjusting. Duraflex does not guarantee fitment on vehicles that have been involved in accidents and/or have had body damages or customization. Hood pins are required.

Trunks

Gaps between the trunk and the rear fenders are more than 1/2″ wide on each side. Trunk levels more than 3/8″ higher or lower than the rear fenders. Duraflex does not guarantee fitment on vehicles that have been involved in accidents and/or had body damages or customization.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Awesome Product Quality And Fit

The bumper cover came in and was great. Smooth molding and great fit on the original body panels, required very little to no prep other than block sanding for paint.

C Sport Rear Bumper

The bumper was pretty simple to put on (I was able to do it by myself) just had to drill the holes and sand some parts on, only complaint about this bumper would be the inside where the lights mount for the license plate, but other than that it's a solid bumper.

Don’t Buy

This bumper is not worth anybody’s time. When received had to do some work because there was a lot of imperfections and then it wouldn’t even fit my vehicle. Do not buy and waste your time.

R35 Fiberglass Bumper

The bumper arrived with no prb. Took it out the box so far so good, wrapped tight in plastic. That's all the good. I know it's fiberglass, I know the mold isn't going to be a perfect fit but I expected better from Duraflex. I really don't think this product was inspected so instead of sanding down imperfections and doing prep. I will be building layers on the drivers side corner where there is a lack of fiberglass and two places over the grill. Example: the drivers side top has 2 holes for the grill pins. This product has half a hole mold. 1/2 so even if you drill the hole it won't hold. Side marker mold for lights way off. Best thing I could say toss out the old mold and design a new one. I'm used to sanding down extra. This here is a new low.

Duraflex C Style Front Bumper

Product is nice on outside, however mounting the front bumper to OEM specs are off, not enough room left on bumper tabs for proper mounting to fender. Top hood tab isn't long enough to allow proper hanging. Need instructions and also clips and screws for install as well.

Got The Look I Wanted

While the product quality required quite a bit of prep work, due to what appeared to be a bad mold job, once the fiberglass rework on the front left of the bumper was completed, just needed sanding and minor filling to correct a couple wavy areas. Overall now completed, the bumper looks great.
