Duraflex

F.A.Q.

Please keep in mind that there will always be some minor sanding, shaving, cutting, and/or filling prior to installing Extreme Dimensions parts. Also, the black primer finish must be sanded and other prep work will be required prior to painting. Extreme Dimensions’ customer guarantee is that you can return your product for any reason as long as it is returned in the original packaging. Products are non-refundable if altered in any way. It is recommended that the part be installed by a professional body shop that has experience working with aftermarket fiberglass and urethane body kits, including, but not limited to, sanding, shaving, cutting and filling. Refunds will not be issued due to minor fitment issues.

INSTALLATION QUESTIONS

Does Extreme Dimensions guarantee fitment?

Because there is much involved in the installation process that is beyond their control, Extreme Dimensions cannot guarantee perfect fitment. However, they do guarantee your satisfaction with their products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you ordered, return it in the original, as-purchased condition and you will receive a refund.

Why doesn’t my kit fit perfectly?

There are many possibilities for why products do not fit perfectly. Although Extreme Dimensions manufactures all their products to the closest OEM standards possible, they are handmade and minor differences can occur. The condition of the vehicle, heat, poor installation, etc. are all reasons why perfect installation cannot be guaranteed. Extreme Dimensions does guarantee that you will be satisfied with their products.

Do I need to remove the reinforcement bar?

Removal of the reinforcement bar may be required to install certain products, but in some cases it may only need trimming for product fitment.

Do these kits come with hardware and instructions?

Some kits come with instructions and hardware. However, Extreme Dimensions recommends installation by a body shop with experience installing body kits.

Is it hard to install these products?

Installation is not difficult for a body man with experience installing body kits. Extreme Dimensions recommends professional installation.

What kind of body shop should I have my body kit installed by?

Installing aftermarket body kits is a specialized area of auto body expertise and Extreme Dimensions recommends going to a body shop with body kit installation experience. Even a body shop with many years of collision work experience would not be recommended if they had no experience with aftermarket body kits.
