The Power Wagon was outfitted with a 3.8L Flathead I6 engine, that was later replaced with a 4.1L I6. Over the years, it gained a synchromesh gearbox, 12 volt electrical system, and alternator. There were many custom versions of the Power Wagon while it was in production till 1980.
