Diesel Particulate Filters

The diesel particulate filter (in short DPF) is designed to remove diesel particulate soot or matter from the exhaust gas of a diesel engine. In contrast to a catalytic converter that is a flow-through system, a DPF keeps larger exhaust gas pieces off by forcing the gas to move through the filter; still, the DPF system does not stop small particles and maintenance-free DPFs break those bigger particles into smaller ones. This filter should be emptied regularly to maintain ultimate performance. For diesel particulate filters, this process is called 'regeneration' – the gathered soot is burnt off at extreme temperature to leave only small ash residue.

Nowadays there is a big number of different diesel particulate filter technologies on the market. Each of the parts is manufactured to meet similar requirements, which are minimum pressure drop, product durability, fine filtration, mass production suitability, and of course reasonable cost. Our website offers a superior selection of diesel particulate filters only crafted by those manufacturers who have never neglected those requirements. Also, the DPFs on offer are available for a wide range of engine applications. In addition, all of the required hardware is included to provide easy and fast installation.

High-Quality Materials & Construction! Satisfied
Such a nice replacement for my faulty filter! Would recommend it to everyone. Install was a snap! Fits my Ford 250 perfectly. And it works great, just as I expected. This filter is built durable, so I suppose it will last quite a while.
