More and more late-model vehicles are so equipped that their clutch system is activated by means of a master cylinder and hydraulic clutch slave cylinder, instead of the mechanical linkage. If your car is one from the list and there is an improper pedal feel, contaminated or low brake fluid, or any visible leaks, you probably need to change your clutch slave cylinder. The part works in tandem with the clutch master cylinder aiming to disengage the clutch while the pedal is pressed so that the transmission could be securely shifted. Clutch slave cylinders get pressure from master cylinders and stretch out a rod, which in turn pushes against a lever or fork to disengage the clutch.

When any problems occur with the clutch slave cylinder, the gear shifting process is also at risk, which is very unsafe as it greatly influences the drivability of the automobile. Also, the faulty unit can bring damage to the transmission. So, once there are any symptoms of a bad clutch slave cylinder, it needs to be restored as soon as possible. Our online store is glad to offer products that will give you the capability to not only repair, but also improve your vehicle’s transmission. Browse our clutch slave cylinders and place your order right now!

Decent Upgrade From The Stock Plastic Unit
The slave is nice and definitely better quality than anything plastic. The only thing worth knowing if you want one, you have to shave down the outside of the mounting ring where it bolts up to the transmission, it didn't need much but a dremel tool is necessary.
