Premium Semi-Metallic Brake Pads by Centric®. These brake pads are engineered for increased service life while maintaining high friction levels at all operating temperatures. They're highly durable and provide high performance braking while extending rotor life.

Installation

Centric® - Brake Pads Installation Tips

These brake pads combine improved braking performance and reduced noise under braking to provide superior stopping power and reliability for passenger cars and light duty trucks without brake squealing, groaning, and vibration. The pads are 100% shimmed to provide superior noise abatement. OE designed pads ensure a proper fit in the caliper, that is crucially important to prolong rotor and pad wear life and for consistent braking power throughout the lifetime of the brake pad. With shims installed to prevent noise associated with pad vibration, these brake pads are installation ready. They also feature OE style gas slots and chamfers to optimize braking performance in repeat stop situations. All Centric Premium Brake Pad formulas are 100% asbestos free and have OE style wear sensors installed.

These brake pads by Centric comply to current brake friction material state legislation such as CASB346 California Brake Friction Legislation, WA6557 Washington Brake Friction Legislation, and others. To meet all requirements, Centric Premium Semi-Metallic brake pads are 100% asbestos free. As a member of the Brake Manufacturers Council, Centric has been involved in the development of the LeafMark and edge code legislation. This code can be found printed on every brake pad manufactured after January 1, 2014 and indicates the level of compliance with state friction material content legislation.

Centric Parts warrants to the original purchaser of this product that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase or for 3,000 miles of use of the product.

This warranty is void and Centric Parts is not responsible for any costs of repair or replacement of any products or any damages caused by a product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, improper application, improper installation, accident or normal wear, or for any product which has been repaired or altered by persons not expressly authorized or certified in writing by Centric Parts to do so. This warranty does not extend or apply to any product the identifying symbol of which has been removed, defaced, or changed. Any components manufactured by any supplier other than Centric Parts which are sold here are covered only by the warranty made by the manufacturer of such components. In no event shall such a warranty be more extensive in any manner than the limited Centric Parts product warranty above.

Centric Parts will not be liable for any errors, defects or omissions in the design of any products old here under, irrespective of whether such errors, defects, or omissions in design result from acts or omissions of Centric Parts seller or purchaser or of some other third party. Looks stock quality is same as original, install as easy as stock and fit well, they are as good as it gets for the price, nothing to complain about or brag about.

Good Fit, No Squeal

Installed Saturday. Fit well and no noise on my 2010 Corolla LE. Not the cheapest option but safety is important to me. Quiet, even braking important as well. Other brands my mechanic chose were chirpy the first 2 months. Wore out way too soon.

Really Dissatisfied

These brakes only lasted 15000 miles and started grinding up my rotor into dust.

C-Tek Ceramic Front Disk Pads/ Centric 103.16140

1. Very good fade resistance 2. very quiet throughout the wear life 3. driven approx. 50,000 kilometers (has about 3 months life left) bought in september 2019 to current sept 2020. 4. previously bought the semi metallic pads and they were very noisy, experienced massive brake fade at low and fast deceleration speeds, the ceramic has none of these issues. 5. highly recommended for Suzuki Swift zc72s. 6. wish they came with the brake hardware like the sport version of the swift does...and wish C-Tek sold the brake slide pins and rubber boot for zc72s. 7. good value for money

I had these pads replaced shortly after being installed due to excessive brake dust on front rears were great. No dust seen.Next set lower, but still much more than orignal OEM. My original OEM pads virtually had no dust. Is there a premium pad that eliminates brake dust?
