The Cadillac STS (the model name stands for the Cadillac Seville Touring Sedan) was a mid-size luxury car, a four-door sedan engineered by Cadillac from 2005 till 2011. The Cadillac STS featured a six-speed automatic transmission with performance algorithm shifting and driver shift control. The successor to the Cadillac Seville, this vehicle used the STS name till 1988 and in the beginning of 1990s the car was renamed the SLS (the model name stands for the Cadillac Seville Luxury Sedan).
