    Messed Up Vehicle
    I purchased this for a 2017 Yukon as recommended by BD. First the Yukon was not in the preprogrammed options, I called BD and they said to use the Suburban program. After I loaded the program the vehicle did not act right. I got several service soon, prompts that would not go away. It change the tone of the reverse camera and I lost the warning from vehicles approaching from the side. Second, I reset it back to factory and all the service soon prompts stayed and I lost all my pulling power. I pull a boat every weekend, down the highway able to do 75 up hills. on those same hill I can not go any faster then 60. I finally had to take it into the GMC to get it fixed. Third, I called around to the listed custom tuners on the BD site, and all of them are not messing with tuning anymore due to the EPA. So now I have a 300 dollar paperweight.

    Overall, Solid Product
    Had some problems installing it. The instructions were not included. When I finally downloaded them, they weren’t always helpful. The device itself has an easy to use and read interface. A lot of options, and that’s great. Performance improvements are evident. More horsepower and torque and a slight improvement in mileage.

    Disappointing
    I have a 2010 F150 and most of the features can't be used on the tuner due to the ECM on the truck. Very disappointed in the purchase. Wish I would have known and went with a different product.

    Make Sure the Tuner Is Compatible!
    Product seems like it would work nicely, however, is apparently not compatible with my vehicle (2015 Escalade 6.2L V8) since they are having to have the IT department program something to fit the specifics of my truck. I wish I would have known this before hand as my schedule doesn't allow me too much free time to get all of this downloaded! I have had the tuner now for almost a month and have yet to be able to use any of the features.

    Decent Product.
    Gas mileage went up 1mpg. Shifts way smoother on premium tune. Was deceived on the options for my 6.2l cannot disable AFM or tune transmission.

    Just Buy It.
    Really impressed with this programmer, it has a ton of features. It gives your truck some ump for sure and makes it run much smoother. It gave me around 3 more mph *highway*. Installation was really easy, anyone could do it. And Bully Dogs customer service was amazing!

    Michel Marquis Not Satisfied
    If I can ever get it to work with my car I would be able to fill out better. Between work and my other business can’t get the tuner to download to my car. I have had tech support go onto my computer and change things three times now. For the money I was hopping for a better product and a hell of lot easier to set up. I would and will not recommend this tuner to anyone. Should have spent more and got a different one.

    Great Start
    For a first time diesel owner like me it does fine. Disappointed it will not delete my engine codes for the dpf delete. Bully dog is scared of the do epa I guess.
