Bully Dog Power Programmers & Tuners

Bully Dog products are developed with the driver in mind, and each of you has a different need and desire. Every Bully Dog performance chip and programmer is built to be flexible, giving all users the possibility to get their own result, from outrageous performance on the racetrack to improved fuel economy driving down the highway. This is evident with the Triple Dog™ GT line of products, the Performance Management Tool™, and a number of other company’s products designed to deliver outstanding operation, ensure added safety, and guarantee lasting value.

Bully Dog started as a company in 1998 with the invention of the Propane fumigation system for diesel engines. Since that time the product innovation became the core of the company’s philosophy. In the past 12 years, Bully Dog has been first to market with vehicle-specific products and applications over 100 times, while receiving multiple awards for revolutionary products. And in 2005, with the release of the Triple Dog Downloader and Outlook Monitor, Bully Dog revolutionized the market with its products that provide the ability to adjust power, safety, and economy levels on-the-fly while driving.

Today the company offers an extensive inventory of high-grade performance programmers, cold air intakes, as well as numerous accessories and add-ons. Each of their products goes through an in-depth research and development process (R&D) followed by meticulous development that is carried out by a staff of the most skilled and qualified engineers in the world. Once developed, the products are put through months of real world testing. This testing is performed across the United States, so that Bully Dog can be sure that each product performs correctly and seamlessly in various elevations, weather conditions, and driving situations, from towing a heavy load to racing down the track. All of these procedures allow the company to achieve complete customer satisfaction.

Then in 2008 with the Triple Dog Gauge Tuner, the company managed to combine a vehicle engine tuner, monitor, gauge, and diagnostic device - all in a single unit. This Bully Dog tuner monitors and displays over fifteen different vehicle parameters (PIDs). Plus, it includes their all-new Driving Coach feature, which teaches end users to maximize their vehicle’s fuel economy potential and as a result save money. The GT performs vehicle diagnostics by reading and erasing diagnostic trouble codes. This level of vehicle transparency isn't offered by any OEM or by any other aftermarket product, which makes the GT a hands-down winner. So, if you are in need of an advanced chip or programmer, call for nothing but performance and that's what Bully Dog has for you.

Disappointing
I have a 2010 F150 and most of the features can't be used on the tuner due to the ECM on the truck. Very disappointed in the purchase. Wish I would have known and went with a different product.

Messed Up Vehicle
I purchased this for a 2017 Yukon as recommended by BD. First the Yukon was not in the preprogrammed options, I called BD and they said to use the Suburban program. After I loaded the program the vehicle did not act right. I got several service soon, prompts that would not go away. It change the tone of the reverse camera and I lost the warning from vehicles approaching from the side. Second, I reset it back to factory and all the service soon prompts stayed and I lost all my pulling power. I pull a boat every weekend, down the highway able to do 75 up hills. on those same hill I can not go any faster then 60. I finally had to take it into the GMC to get it fixed. Third, I called around to the listed custom tuners on the BD site, and all of them are not messing with tuning anymore due to the EPA. So now I have a 300 dollar paperweight.
