Positive molding process uses extreme pressure to compress the friction material and bond it to the backing plate. Provides noise dampening and heat shield to reduce heat transfer to the caliper. Provides balanced bonding strength of friction material to backing plate. Reduces noise and provides extremely safe braking experience. Brembo multi-layer ESE red shim (Elastomer – Steel – Elastomer) to minimize vibrations and noise, which clearly identifies them as a Brembo product.
