Warranty

Bolt Lock warrants that Bolt Lock products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser; normal wear and tear, abuse and misuse excepted. The company’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the products.

Bolt Lock will retain the option to repair or replace any discontinued Bolt Lock product for a period of 2 years after the date of discontinuation. After this time Bolt Lock reserves the right to replace a defective lock if it is available in stock, or offer an alternative product of equal or lesser value.

Bolt Lock shall not be liable for the loss of use of vehicles, loss of time, inconvenience, cost or removal and/or installation, or any other incidental or consequential damages related to the failure of a Bolt Lock.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties and merchantability and fitness. There are no warranties, express or implied, that extend beyond the warranty period. This warranty shall be void if the product has been altered, abused, or misused.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and/or exclusions may not apply to you.
