Black Horse® - 6" Armour Black Running Boards

Brackets fit perfectly on my chevy..only adjustment was to use 5th hole vs 6th.

Well, I was sent the wrong item; I think because someone at the warehouse picked out the wrong item. The Product I ordered was for a 2025 Ford Explorer ST-Line Black Horse Peerless Black Running Boards with an item # PR-F576BK. What was sent to me was for a 2025 Ford Explorer ST-Line Black Horse Premium Running Boards with an item # PR-F576 that had Chrome edges; we did not want any Chrome on our 2025 Explorer; only all black. Both of these products have the same item number except for the all-black pair has the BK after the PR-F576 number. But CARiD rectified the mix up and sent us the correct running boards at no cost within a few days. Plus, they credited us with a 10% discount on the original order. CARiD is a Professional and easy Company to work with when it comes to any issues. Now, for the installation of the running boards. There is a road sound deadening material under the whole 2025 Explorer ST-Line vehicle, in-which it is riveted on. There was no way that I could have installed these running boards myself without damaging the sound deadening material. I took my 2025 Explorer ST-Line to my local Ford Dealership, and they only charged me $400.00 to install them. Plus, CARiD did not want the wrongly ordered Black Horse Premium Running Boards with an item # PR-F576 sent back to them because they mentioned that it would be too costly to send them back plus re-stock them. Therefore, I gave them to the Dealership as long as when someone wanted them installed on their new Explorer that the Dealership mentioned that they were from CARiD, and they accepted the offer. This set just completes the whole thing. Matches the body, gives it that high-end fully finished look. Stepping in and out feels way smoother.

Why this isn't standard on the GLE, I don't know. I saved a ton compared to dealer pricing and got the steps that look great, fit well and feel solid underfoot. Good price, great quality. This was my first time ordering from CARID great experience all around.

Wasn't sure how these would turn out but they look like they came with my 2024 GLE. They don't flex when I step on them. Took me about an hour and a half to install, everything lined up fine.

These steps look sharp with the black and chrome. They don't feel flimsy at all. Installation wasn't too hard, just follow the instructions.

These running boards are solid. Not too heavy, which I like. The finish hasn't chipped at all even after a few off-road trips. Install wasn't difficult but I had to tweak one of the brackets a bit to get a perfect fit. They're not bad for the price.

Despite the description saying 2023, the 2024 Kia placement for running boards is the same as 2023. Video provided is not the same running boards but simular and steps to install are almost exactly the same.
