Nitro Drop 2™ Lowered Shocks by Belltech®. Belltech designed the Nitro Drop 2 shock set to provide the Truck and SUV market with a unique blend of shock tuning. This new setup concentrates on the Comfort level while also increasing the overall performance of the complete suspension system. Designed with the daily driver Truck and SUV customer in mind, Belltech Engineers increased the low speed compression and massaged the rebound forces of the shock valving providing a factory style ride comfort while providing better road feel and grip. The Nitro Drop 2 line features application specific shortened bodies to match with the different lowering methods, ensuring you have the correct amount of shock travel for any of Belltech Lowering Kits and Components.
Installation
For the driver that wants a shock absorber that delivers OE ride comfort equally well at a number of lowered ride height configurations, Belltech offers Nitro Drop 2 Shocks. Whatever height you choose, Nitro Drop 2 Lowering shocks have been tuned with low-speed compression damping rates to deliver excellent ride comfort with a lower center of gravity for your vehicle, keeping ride and handling stable at all speeds. If your vehicle has an autoride type of self-adjusting suspension, these shocks are approved for use with such systems.
Depending on vehicle applications, the shocks may be fitted with a dust cover that's removable should clearance issues on your specific make and model require it. Because Belltech believes products that do not last are not worth building, they take every effort to ensure these shock absorbers will maintain their integrity over a long period of use thanks to aluminum-based piston rods and stainless steel bodies that will never corrode.
