Gripp™ Front Lower Coil Spring Isolators (2545) by BBK®. Quantity: 4 per Pack. Rubber spring isolators typically wear from age and exposure to chemicals and the elements. When upgrading to lowering springs, replace them with these graphite impregnated polyurethane isolators. Their firmer construction and resistance to ozone and most chemicals will make them outperform and outlast rubber.
Rubber suspension components crack, crumble, and dry rot with age and exposure to ozone and grease and oil. When this happens to coil spring isolators the result can be improper or uneven ride height, and noise due to metal-to-metal contact. When upgrading your vehicle with BBK lowering springs, this is the perfect time to also upgrade your isolator bushings.
These bushings are manufactured from graphite impregnated polyurethane for superior performance and durability. Unlike rubber, polyurethane won't compress excessively, so your ride height will remain constant and your handling will be firmer and more precise. And polyurethane is impervious to ozone and most chemicals, so it won't deteriorate like rubber.
The Polyurethane Coil Spring Isolators are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, as long as the product was installed according to BBK guidelines.
