The A.R.T is a high-technology manufacturing process that involves pressing aluminum material with three hydraulic rollers to form the inner rim area. The rollers move down the barrel applying pressure to compress, stretch, and form the entire wheel barrel. That's how Avant Garde is able to achieve optimal weight savings and improve material strength. This process actually influences the micro-grain structure of the aluminum and results in a wheel barrel that is much lighter with enhanced strength comparable to fully forged wheels. A.R.T helps reduce the weight up to 25% when compared to a standard cast wheel through its finer and more even aluminum structure.
