The Acura CL is a mid-size coupe manufactured from 1996 to 2003 through two generations. The first-gen CL was offered with three gasoline engines: four-cylinder 2.2L, 2.3L, and six-cylinder 3.0L mated to either a manual or automatic transmission. The second generation CL is more powerful – it is propelled by a 3.2L V6 only rated at 225 hp. The standard transmission of this vehicle is automatic. Besides that, there was the Acura CL Type S equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox, which developed 260 hp.
