This small 1.6-liter engine churns out a whopping 268 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque, sent to all four wheels via a 6-speed manual. Big disc brakes help restrain that power bringing the GR to a halt in a safe way, while a sport-tuned suspension keeps the car planted. A carbon fiber reinforced roof and aluminum doors, hood, and trunk lid provide a dramatic reduction in weight.
