    Product Details

Kia Sorento 2016, Catalytic Converter by Davico®. Converter Configuration: Direct Fit. With 2 O2 Sensor Ports. This direct-fit catalytic converter by Davico will be a great solution to replace your failed or damaged catalytic converter. Once your stock cat fails to perform its job, replacement is the only solution. Make sure your catalytic converter is damage-free by getting and installing the Davico replacement. Made of durable materials and quality tested in-house this catalytic converter is designed to reduce the toxicity levels of emission gases to levels that do not damage the environment.

Your catalytic converter is more than just a filter, it is made to reduce the toxicity of emissions from a vehicle's combustion engine. Unfortunately catalytic converters don't last that long. If you experience any of the following: the engine starts losing power, emission levels have become higher, excessive rattling is heard from underneath, you notice foul odor of your exhaust, these are probably the signs that your catalytic converter has failed.

If you are looking for a replacement catalytic converter for your vehicle, the Davico catalytic converter is a great solution. Davico is a nice alternative to a dealer part that is available at a fair price. Your vehicle is not only about performance and speed but you also have to keep your vehicle environmentally friendly. Reduce emissions and help the environment by getting a Davico replacement catalytic converter. It's a direct-fit component made to the exact OEM specifications so you won't have any trouble installing it.

    Late But Installed Now
It took for ever to arrive but it is installed now. However, I can not give a 5 star yet. I will wait few days and then come back and update.

    Good Fit, No Drama
Didn't wanna spend $$ at the dealer so I slapped this davico cat on my '20 ram 1500. Fit right, no check engine light. Zero issues since.

    Not Worth It
Brackets for heat shield do not line up not even close. Quality of the construction is sub-par, can still see wire sticking out from welding process. Quality of part performance I would say about average but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I would recommend you go with a better brand. Gave 2 star because functionality is decent, other than that definitely not worth the money, time or frustration.

    Good Fit
The manifold itself fit very well, but I was not able to put the stock heat shield back over it.

Don't Buy unless You Want to Replace in Another Year.
Bought these to replace the stock catalytic converters after deciding to replace the whole exhaust system with an upgrade after a repair was needed. My truck (Nissan Frontier) has two converters on both sides, and replaced all of them as part of the exhaust system. That was two years ago. Since then, I have had to replace two of the convertor sections with a third probably coming soon. The filters inside the tubes broke and got shot out my tailpipe as a result. The welding was definitely not as good as a reliable brand (Magnaflow), and angles on the welds/bends were slightly off, with weld spatter all over the tubes, all this making for a weird imprecise fitment. Will never buy non-name brand parts again because of this. Magnaflow parts I replaced these with are much better quality and hopefully worth the extra money spent on them. Should have reminded myself of the old adage. Buy once cry once.

    Direct Fit Catalytic Converter
Just installed it last night, but have to get a new 02 sensor today, old one broke. Your description of "direct fit" is inaccurate. In order for this to fit, I had to drill out all mounting holes to a 29/64 diameter to get the OE Mounting bolts to fit. Other than that, everything else was exactly like original unit. When I removed old unit off of vehicle, it did not have a lot of discoloration in the metal, but there is looseness inside of old converter, when shaken it has loud rattle.
