Since its debut in 1992, the Nissan Altima has been standing its ground in a fierce and competitive family sedan segment becoming one of the most appreciated models. In 2012, the model was redesigned to update the exterior styling while maintaining the main features ensuring the Altima’s success: a smooth ride, comfort, and good performance, especially with the top-of-the-line 3.5-liter V6 engine. The Altima is a very versatile car, and you can improve its characteristics even further by resorting to specific tires. The rubber industry has reached such state of the art to create compounds that can improve performance, fuel efficiency, or comfort.
All-season tires' compounds feature balanced percentages of silica and resin to ensure good performance in a wide range of average situations, including light snow conditions. For severe winters, however, winter tires are required, as their larger tread blocks provide improved grip on snow and ice. Fuel efficiency rubber offers low rolling resistance to decrease consumption, while performance models have an asymmetric tread design and aggressive tread design to improve traction and cornering grip while keeping the ride smooth. We offer a large selection of high-quality 2012 Nissan Altima tires designed and made by some of the most trustworthy brands in the industry, such as Michelin, Bridgestone, Toyo, and others.
