While being small enough for city driving, the Subaru Forester is surprisingly large to accommodate a family and its luggage. The crossover provides comfortable on-road driving and has decent off-road capabilities thanks to its notable ground clearance, direct steering, and stiff suspension. However, if it sits on the wrong tires, you won’t have much fun driving it. To get the most out of your Forester, equip it with the right set of tires that meet all your needs. First things first, new rubber should be chosen according to particular weather conditions.
All-seasons are built to provide year-round traction on wet and dry roads. Some of them feature non-directional treads with centerline ribs for improved stability, thus enhancing your vehicle’s driving dynamics and handling. Symmetric tread pattern design allows for better rotation, while at the same time prolonging service life. Winter rubber features softer rubber blends, so as not to harden up at low temperatures. They are designed to be used whenever the temps drop down below 45 degrees. On the contrary, summer tires are manufactured from harder rubber grades with lots of carbon. They remain hard when the temps go up. This rubber features shallower grooves and lower treads in order to offer a greater footprint. All types of 2011 Subaru Forester tires are available on our shelves.
