Molded vs Flat Dash KitsMolded vs Flat Dash Kits
There are two types of dashboard kits available on the market today: flat and molded. The difference between these two is based on the shape of the dashboard a vehicle has. Some cars are coming out with a flat panel while others have a board that is curved around the edges or in 3D shapes. Correspondingly, molded dash kits are suitable for the latter kind of the dashboard, whereas flat dash kits are perfect for the first-mentioned type.
Many people think that the genuine material always is better than materials imitating other materials. Even if the real wood is encased in plastic materials it cannot be completely isolated from the environment. Modern synthetic wood materials are so similar to the original that it takes the eye of a true expert to tell them apart.

"I was hesitate to buy this at first because I don't know if main kit would be enough already, but it turned out it was a wise choice to buy it because it made the whole car look like a luxury car along with the main kit."

"We ordered a dash kit for our 2011 Subaru Forester, and I ordered the wrong kit, (the addition to the main kit), I called and reordered the correct one, along with instructions as how to send back the 1st one. My wife and I put the new kit on in one morning and it looked so good that we ended up taking the original kit that was also a supplemental kit and finishing the job, and Wow! what a great addition, the car looks so so much better."

"I've installed the kit for my Subaru Forester 2010 and it all fitted perfectly. The kit is easy to install following the instructions, it looks great. I got a bottle of rubbing alcohol from the store and used it to clean the surfaces before installing the parts. I've used the primer on all the bend surfaces and the panels stick to the bend surfaces and hold, the panels are very bendable."
