    Coat-Z Plain Vented Front Driver Side Brake Rotor (100.3363.75) by Zimmermann®. Quantity: 1 Per Pack. Since 2008 Zimmermann is offering almost Brake Discs in a coated version named "Coat Z – anti corrosion". Today almost all brake discs and some brake drums are available in coated quality.

    Zimmermann company is managed on the basis of a quality management system conforming to the requirements specified by DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 and with due regard for - and compliance with - the terms stipulated in contractually applicable rules and regulations.     In addition most of Zimmermann brake parts program is approved with an ABE by the German Kraftfahrtbundesamt (KBA) meeting the requirements of §22 together with §20 of the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO). Essentially original Zimmermann products are equivalent-quality spare parts, as defined by motor vehicle block exemption regulation KFZ-GVO (EU) 330/2010, which are on a par with the respective original parts first fitted. The dimensioning and the materials used meet the respective specifications of the motor vehicle manufacturers.

    Zimmermann above-mentioned Quality Management System according to DIN EN ISO 9001 as well as to ISO TS 16949 together with the approval ABE ensures an optimum in braking and therefore a safe driving of customers when using Zimmermann brake parts.

    Wished They Were Drilled and Vented
    I really thought I was purchasing drilled and vented rotors because of the picture. I really should have read that they were just vented. Too bad a actual picture wasn’t shown. Other than that these rotors are great. Do you have drilled and vented rotors in this same size. I might consider buying a new set to match my front rotors.

    Fantastic Rotors; Better Than OEM
    I just put these rotors on my daughter's S40. Why? I put Zimmermann rotors on my wife's S70 back in 2005 with 56,000 miles on it. Yes, the OEM Volvo rotors were shot! It is now 2015, my wife now has 210,000 miles on her S70, and the 2005 rotors are still going strong with 154,000 miles on them. I have never had to turn them. I have been running PBR Metal Master pads with them. What a great braking combo these make. Unfortunately, I do not believe you can get Metal Master pads any longer. I matched up the new Zimmermann rotors on my daughter's S40 with EBC "Red Stuff" ceramic pads. After the initial seating/break-in, they seem to be working great together. I have used the "Green Stuff" pads on my Isuzu Rodeo and have had great results, so I anticipate similar results with the red ones. Just a bit more history. Before the Zimmermann's, I tried Power Slot rotors on the S40. The rear rotors are fine, but the front rotors were a nightmare. After turning them a half dozen times, they went in the recycle bin.

    Absolutely Love This Rotor
    These rotors are high quality. The look amazing and fit very nicely. I think these are a solid replacement for the OEM rotors. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a high quality disk pads at a reasonable price. These have to be one of the better "bang for your buck" on the market.
