The procedure of gears' creation includes the following stages. First is the design development. Once the design is done, forging dies are made and after machined into semi-finished blanks.

The next stage is gear lapping, where the ring gear is mated to the pinion gear. Then the finishing processes are performed, namely the precision grinding of the bearing surfaces.
