Wire Mesh is an established and time honored grille design, and mesh grilles adorned the front of many classic cars. Mesh grilles are also a favorite of luxury car designers and routinely found on the finest automobiles in the world. And as you can see from the array of grilles on this page, mesh grilles are the grilles of choice for many custom car and truck owners. Ready for a more refined look for your boulevard cruiser? Want to make your rugged off-roader look the part? You can accomplish it by upgrading the grille on your car or truck, and with a mesh grille you’ll be in good company.
As you browse the selection before you, you’ll quickly find that our mesh grilles are available in a wide range of materials, patterns, and finishes. We offer mesh grilles constructed from aluminum, stainless steel, ABS plastic, fiberglass, and even carbon fiber. The mesh is created by carefully weaving together strands of stainless steel, or it can be cut by machine, and the grille can be polished, chrome plated, or powder coated in color. You can even opt for custom painting in a variety of colors including the color that will exactly match your vehicle’s paint finish.
The most defining characteristic of any mesh grille is its weave, and our collection contains a range of weaves from heavy to very fine, including striking dual weave and unique triple weave patterns. “Stacked” mesh grilles place one mesh pattern over another, usually with contrasting finishes like chrome and black, for a 3-dimenshional appearance. Whether you’re seeking an elegant, sophisticated look for a luxury sedan, a sporty flair for a performance car, or want to make a bold, aggressive statement with your truck, we have the mesh grille that will turn your vision into reality. Each of our grilles is designed for the specific application, so you can be assured not only of precise fit, but styling that will perfectly complement your vehicle.
Although traditionally mesh grilles were more closely associated with refined luxury road cars, the latest trend in mesh grilles caters to the rugged off-road truck enthusiast. Our studded mesh grilles are the embodiment of toughness. The black or chrome mesh and surrounding studs/rivets literally project the image of power, but if you want to really be ready for adventures in the dirt, choose a studded mesh grille equipped with LED lights. With one of these grilles, your rig will look the part of off-road warrior, and have the illumination to see far up the trail. Studs/rivets not your thing? We’ve got plenty of great looking rugged grilles for trucks and SUVs without them, in black and chrome and with and without LEDs.
Along with mesh grilles to replace the main grille on popular cars, trucks, and SUVs, we also have bumper mesh grilles, which sometimes come in 2-piece kits with the main grille. Besides a dizzying array of styles to choose from, our mesh grilles also come with different methods of installation: overlays, grille skins, inserts, and complete replacements. For a quick makeover that requires no drilling or cutting, choose an overlay or grille skin. An overlay attaches with hidden clamps or bolts, while a grille skin just snaps in place. To install a grille insert, the main part of the grille must be cut out, and fascia removal may be required. The fascia may have to be removed to install a replacement grille, but some replacement grilles can be bolted in place, and cutting may be unnecessary.
