Tiregate® PreRunner securely holds up to a 40-inch tire on full size trucks, or up to a 35-inch tire on smaller trucks. Remove the latch pins to easily open the gate to gain full access to the truck bed. Can be installed with the spare tire angled inboard or outboard for maximum bed space.

This top-of-the-line product replaces your factory tailgate and allows to reliably secure your spare while maintaining ground clearance and easy access to the tire for fast wheel changes if things get hairy. The Wilco Offroad Tiregate boasts the U.S. patented design: 7,100,956; 7,303,222. Made of 2-inch diameter premium grade steel tube, this gate offers a mandrel bent, MIG welded construction that can hold up to 150 lb. The black polyester semi-gloss powder coat gives the Tiregate an exceptionally durable, attractive finish that provides top-notch protection from the elements.
The Tiregate uses the factory tailgate mounting points on most applications and comes with zinc plated, grade 8 carbon alloy steel bolts for quick and easy installation. The Tiregate Y-Bar and polyurethane wheel cone mounts the tire rock-solid in place, allowing for rapid wheel mounting and dismounting and leaving precious cargo space. This gate opens wide for full use of the cargo bed – ideal for camping, crawling, working, or everyday jobs. This product has double latch pins that keep the gate securely closed. The Tiregate also includes a black PVC-coated steel safety cable that loops through a flush mounted D-ring, acting as a leash connecting the spare tire to the truck for added security.
