Forged wheels are manufactured utilizing a high-tech process which begins with a hunk of billet aluminum or its alloy pre-heated and then placed into a heat-resistant shape. Then hydraulic presses begin to apply tons of pressure in order to make the blank more and more durable with each and every forging cycle. After the blank is cooled down, it is machined by precision tooling to exacting specs. Sometimes, such rims are then shot-peened. Then the products are finished to required profilometry, and coated in hard-wearing paints and finishes which prevent oxidation, chipping, etc.

These wheels are available as monoblock, 2-, or 3-piece units, manufactured following exactly the same technological processes. The actual forging method makes the aluminum denser, while ridding it of any and all air bubbles and pores. The higher quality of such alloy means less alloy utilized, while attaining the same durability and strength. The result is the lowest weight and the toughest construction than other production methods can offer.
