21 Inch Forged Wheels & Rims

Forged wheels are the go-to choice of racers, tuners, and performance enthusiasts. They are manufactured utilizing complex, highly-technological methods, when aluminum alloy with magnesium and titanium is forged using hydraulic presses. The actual blank is first heated up to the required temperature, and then placed into the forming shape, with the presses developing tons of pressure to make the structure as dense as possible. Then the metal is cooled down, and the piece is CNC machined to exacting precision and required dimensions. The rims section with face and lips are machined first, with the stud openings and face elements machined second.

Quality alloy with a highly compressed structure translates into less material needed to gain greater strength, which results in considerable weight savings. Monoblock and two- & three-piece rims are produced following identical procedures, with units containing more than one piece undergoing final assembly after separate parts are machined and then coated.
