Forging is a highly-technological process which involves diverse machinery. Billet aluminum gets heated up, and as the metal begins to cool off, hydraulic presses are used to apply tons of direct pressure over the piece of metal, with the blank getting more robust after each cycle. Then CNC tooling and hardware is utilized for getting the blank into its final shape.
