Warranty

Warrior warrants all products manufactured in-house against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of the original purchase. The warranty will not extend to any piece of merchandise, or part therein, that has been improperly installed, abused, or neglected. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or parts at Warrior’s discretion.

Warrior warrants all chrome, clear zinc, gold zinc, and powder coated finishes for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. Finish warranty covers peeling, flaking, or cracking from the date of the consumer purchase. Warranty does not cover surface rust or discoloration. To protect the finish, it is required to use a non-abrasive automotive wax (e.g. pure carnauba wax) on a regular basis. The use of cleaner-wax or any other product containing abrasives will cause scratches; this opens the surface to corrosion and voids the “finish” warranty. Check fitment of all products prior to custom painting or any other form of alteration or fabrication (sanding, drilling, painting, chroming, etc.). Warrior will not warranty any products that were modified prior to check fitting those parts on the intended vehicle.

Good Rack Once You Get It Together

Overall a good rack. The holes that is used to bolt the rack together are too small. Apparently this is intentional to prevent sagging later. The problem is that you jack up the threads on the bolts trying to thread them in. But after a trip to the hardware store to get new bolts, finally got it together. Other than that a good rack.

Wrestling the Warrior

This rack looks amazing, the quality and craftsmanship is great! Installation on the other hand, not great. After getting the old rack off and placing the warrior on the roof, I realized I did not get the appropriate hardware. Warrior customer service handled the situation well, but it should have never happened to begin.

Difficult To Assemble

Product looks good. Very difficult to assemble. The bolts that hold the basket together are difficult to tighten. The instructions tell you the holes are tight and that you might have to thread them in, but you cant get ratchets or wrenches on very easily because they are so close to the corner of the metal and forget about putting the washers on there is no room? Not sure why they couldn't pre-drill the holes for the basket to attach to the horizontal supports (so by the customer drilling them removes the protection of the paint) Also there is no way you can just simply unpin the unit and remove after its assembled. I had to do everything I could by the way of a mallet to connect the pipe because they painted the pipe that is supposed to be slipped over. I also had to scrap some of the paint so the pipe would slip over it. Lastly even after predrilling holes for what they called self tappers even though they weren't for the diamond plate logo. The cheap screws kept breaking. Sorry to be so negative, but assembly could have been much easier :(
