Good
Easy to mount the winch onto the plate, and plugged right into my SUV hitch. If you have a WARN system and are planning on pulling from your hitch, this is what you are looking for.

Pretty Nice
Fits pretty nice on my M8000 winch. I'd say about 90% of a custom fit. Keep in mind this is made to cover a few models so it won't be perfect, but should be better than most. I'm running a PSC bumper and skid so I needed to use longer bungee cables to wrap underneath the bumper. It will do the job and keep my winch protected. You have to remember, when you are on the highway in the rain, you have 65mph water hitting your winch and solenoid box.
