Limited seven (7) year warranty for electrical components
WARN Industries, Inc., warrants to the original purchaser that (a) the mechanical components of the WARN® branded winch product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the winch, and (b) the electrical components of the product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.

• Electrical components covered by the seven (7)-year limited warranty: motor, contactor, solenoid, handheld remote controls, wireless remote controls, wiring.
• All other mechanical components are covered by the limited lifetime warranty except as listed below.

WARN Industries, Inc. (WARN) warrants to the original purchaser that the mechanical components of the TABOR winch will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. All electrical components are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the products.

Limited three (3) year warranty for electrical components
WARN Industries, Inc. (WARN) warrants to the original purchaser that (a) the mechanical components of the WARN ProVantage winch will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the winch, and (b) the electrical components will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the winch.
WARN® Portable Pulling Tool Products
Limited one (1) year warranty
WARN Industries, Inc. (WARN) warrants to the original purchaser that the mechanical components and electrical components of the WARN products specified below will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Rechargeable batteries included with products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the products.

WARN Industries, Inc. (WARN) warrants to the original purchaser that (a) the mechanical components of the WARN® branded winch product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the
lifetime of the winch, and (b) the electrical components of the Product will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
Product covered by this warranty:
• Industrial Series winch
• Industrial Series XL winch
WARN will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of a defective product or component. The warranty period is not extended if WARN repairs or replaces the product or its defective electrical component(s).
Items not covered by this warranty:
• The removal or reinstallation of the product.
• Wire or synthetic rope.
• Product finish.
• Components damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, collision, overloading, modification, misapplication, improper installation, or improper service.
• Normal wear and tear or loss of functionality due to the normal aging of the product including, bearings, bushings, seals, O-rings, gaskets, brake material, motor brushes, electrical cables.
Actions that void the warranty:
• The removal or defacement of any WARN serial number or date code that was on the product when sold.
• Commercial or industrial use or application, or any hoisting application of the product.
The warranty set forth above is the only express warranty. There are no other express warranties.
Any implied warranty, which by law may not be excluded, is limited in duration to one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase of the product.
WARN shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits,down time or loss of use) under any legal theory, even if WARN was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
No WARN dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.
