TMG Performance Products, LLC (Volant Performance) believes in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
TMG Performance Products, LLC (Volant Performance) warrants to the original retail purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year (4-years or 100,000 miles for PowerCore filters), while purchaser owns the vehicle upon which such product(s) were originally installed. Volant Performance's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts that are determined by Volant Performance to be defective, or refund of the original purchase price, at Volant Performance's option, of the alleged defective product. Volant pledges that if at any time you encounter a problem with its products, it will strive to correct the problem in the most timely and efficient way possible, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations contained herein.
This warranty does not extend to damage or defect in the finish of the product or to any product, that in the opinion of Volant Performance®, has been misused, damaged by accident or, negligence, altered or modified in any way, installed contrary to Volant Performance installation instructions, or repaired by an unauthorized service facility. Volant Performance makes no warranty for products installed on vehicles used for race or competition purposes.
Filtration (DryTech™, MaxFlow 5™, Primo™) Warranty- Volant Performance® backs its filters, to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase, (DryTech, MaxFlow 5 & Primo) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Each (DryTech™, MaxFlow 5™, Primo™) filter has been thoroughly tested to ensure lasting performance when utilized in conjunction with a proper maintenance program. Should your filter fail due to a material and or a workmanship defect during the 1st year of ownership Volant Performance will replace your (DryTech™, MaxFlow 5™, Primo™) filter for free.
Volant Performance Donaldson PowerCore® Warranty- Volant Performance ® backs all no-maintenance PowerCore® air filters to be free of defect for 4 years or 100,000 miles. Volant Performance® obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts that are determined by Volant Performance® to be defective, or refund of the products original purchase price, at Volant Performance's® option, of the alleged defective product.
No other warranty, expressed or implied, is applicable to this product. Volant Performance shall not be liable for the loss of use of the product, inconvenience, actual or alleged damages whether direct or indirect of any kind, including liability for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of the use of, or inability to use the product, actual or alleged labor, including the cost of removing any part, installation, reinstallation, freight charges, transportation, or other related charges, or for any breach of any express or implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose which would otherwise be applicable to this product. Some states do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied warranties, therefore, the aforesaid limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply to the purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
