Uremco Limited Warranty Carburetors

Uremco warrants to the original purchaser of its units, its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship in normal use and service.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and has a duration on ninety (90) days from date of original purchase by such purchaser, provided the product has not been in service for more than 4,000 miles. Uremco does not warrant products which have been (a) modified or altered outside factory specifications, (b) subjected to conditions such as misuse, neglect, improper installations or adjustments, dirt or other contaminants, water or corrosion, gum or varnish, use of improper or low-quality fuel or fuel additives, or (c) used in other than those applications recommended by Uremco.

Uremco shall not be responsible for (a) actual or alleged labor, transportation or other incidental charges or (b) actual or alleged consequential or other damages incurred by use of Uremco products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusions of limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Purchase of above Carburetor

Carb. looked to be in good order. There was one small screw missing from the choke vacuum diaphragm assembly but, that was an easy fix. Very good quality and solid. Installation was straightforward without any problems. There is not much to improve on really, only reference to the missing screw, (1/4 or 5/16 size, I can`t remember).
