The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage (scratches, nicks and dents). The warranty does not cover damage caused by an accident, misuse, water, flood, fire, or any act of nature or external cause. The warranty does not cover improper installation or a product that was modified or altered without written consent of Unity Automotive. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser of the product and an invoice, sales order or receipt for the purchase must be provided.

The warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise. In no event shall Unity Automotive be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use a Unity Automotive product or from defects in the Unity Automotive product. Cost of removal and installation and other labor claims are not included or covered under this warranty. Unity Automotive obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Any implied warranties you may have under state law are limited to the same duration as this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
