Nerf Bars, Bull Bars, Bed Rails, Grille Guards - Limited Warranty
TrailFX warrants to the original purchaser of each product as follows:
Stainless Steel Products will be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
Window Vents will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
Mild Steel Products will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of retail purchase or, if less, the period during which the original purchaser owns the product.
Winches (ATV/UTV/Standard for mechanical) have limited lifetime warranty.
Winches (electrical components) have 1-year warranty.
Bed Accessories have limited lifetime warranty.
Bug Deflectors have limited lifetime warranty.
Tonneau Covers have the following warranty:
- Standard Tonneau Covers - 3 years
- Premium Tonneau Covers - 5 years
- Soft Folding, Trifold Tonneau Covers - limited lifetime
- Retractable Tonneau Covers - 2 years
Bumpers have limited 3-year warranty.
Fender Flares have limited lifetime warranty.
Suspension products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty and Limited 1-Year Warranty On Wearable Components
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product(s), and only to installation and use on one vehicle, and is not transferable.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by road hazard (such as gravel or other debris), accident, collision, improper installation, improper removal, abuse, misuse, overloading, modification, misapplication or improper service. This warranty is void if product serial number has been altered or defaced, or if product was used for any commercial or industrial application.
The warranty set forth above is the only warranty. TrailFX disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and implied warranties of non-infringement. Any implied warranty that by law may not be excluded is limited in duration to one (1) year from the original retail purchase date of the product. TrailFX shall not be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, down time or loss of use) under any legal theory, even if TrailFX was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty allows specific legal rights. Other rights that vary from state to state may also be available.
TrailFX reserves the right to change the product design, source or the source of any product components without notice. In the situation where TrailFX has changed a product design, source or the source of any product components, TrailFX shall have no obligation to upgrade or otherwise modify previously manufactured products.
