Transmission Shifter Linkage U-Joint (TS-SU-473) by Torque Solution®. This mount replaces existing OEM transmission mount. The transmission mount is made out of high grade billet aluminum material with urethane material for the bushings. You will see and feel an improvement with wheel hop being reduced and better traction. Big Difference

This short shifter makes such a big difference compared to my stock shifter on my Scion. Only problem is it does not include any spare bolts or parts... just the shifter.
