Bushing Kit replaces the OEM rubber bushings on the shifter bracket mounting points where they bolt to the transmission. Big Difference

This short shifter makes such a big difference compared to my stock shifter on my Scion. Only problem is it does not include any spare bolts or parts... just the shifter.
