Well built muffler and the sound of the muffler is awesome not to loud just the perfect sound and i install it on my 1999 Ford Explorer 5.0 And if any body buys this muffler you will not be disappointed.

Just the Right Sound

Well, it's a muffler. It is designed as a direct replacement for the factory can. My truck is not a race vehicle, I don't drive it like that, the exhaust isn't for looks. It does put off the exact sound I was hoping for - very mild with a nice, quiet rumble. I'm not into loud exhaust anymore, I find it annoying. Haven't noticed much change in performance, but then again, I wasn't looking for any change other than sound. Can't beat the price, even though the shop that I had it installed at told me it's a cheap muffler and will probably start to rot out in a year or less, but of course that's what they would all say, to con you into buying something from them. I said install it and we will see what happens. It fit right in to the factory piping and they had it installed in less than an hour, including removal of the factory can.
